Advanced, holistic, intuitive physical therapy
About me
My practice is based on the knowledge that the body is self-healing. I view my job as interpreting what the body needs to heal and facilitating this process. One of the most pivotal lessons I have learned is that healing the body involves much more than the body alone. It involves the whole of the person; mind, body and spirit. What has happened in the past, what is happening now and what the person believes will happen in the future all influence healing. This desire to treat holistically is what has guided my ongoing education. I have pursued knowledge in diverse areas including pain science, nutrition, exercise and psychology. But the focus of my education has been in evaluation and manual therapy techniques. I have spent most of my last 30+ years in practice learning and honing my manual therapy skills and they are the heart of my treatment approach. My goal for clients is to help them heal in a more complete way, often working as part of a team of health professionals to help them achieve this.
